First, he allowed us to maintain our old fridge running at the living room until the new one arrived. Having the refrigerator running while a full-blown kitchen reno was taking place was extremely helpful and saved us (a family of 3) food money. Second, Plinio was instrumental in the final design of the kitchen, coming up with ideas (especially for the cabinets) that we absolutely loved. Third, the quality of the final product is nothing short of impressive. We now have an incredibly beautiful and high-quality kitchen, with ceramic floors, backsplash, and a beautiful quartz countertop. A special note on Plinio’s cabinet specialist, whose work is simply flawless. Fourth, Plinio communicates very well. As an anxious first timer in kitchen renovation matters (or any renovation, really), I would text and/or call Plinio almost every day throughout the weeks they spent working at home. He responded promptly (and patiently, even) to each one of my communications. Should I ever need to renovate any other space in my home, I will want Plinio leading that process.
